I ve overcome my issue of self confidence step by step, it has been an adventurous journey. And today I coach and counsel people on this specific topic. And I did all I could to facilitate my daughter Stella in the same process because I knew the mistakes I had done as a mum myself since when she was born. Negative messages were sent to her as mum used to send them to me , daughter. My mum was not aware about how damaging were her messages and how I could not trust her by growing up. Actually I lived a childhood of fear, the opposite of trust. I matured and become aware though when I started to work on my self - esteem and trauma bond when I was 35 and my daughter was still a toddler or so. She is now 33! I wish every parent could consider a work , a process of self discovery and awareness around the topic of trust and confidence. The result was positive for me for sure. For Stella? Well I ‘d better ask her ! She is in Substuck too as Stella Talpo. Have a great weekend♥️
